Job Summary
Deliver swimming instruction to adults and children in accordance with awarding body specifications and Sport & Leisure management systems. Support the delivery of high-quality swimming provision while maintaining strong customer service standards. Hold an ASA or STA Level 1 or 2 qualification and an NRASTC or RLSS pool lifeguard certification. Apply English language fluency to communicate verbally with customers and provide accurate advice. Submit a detailed supporting information statement describing how your skills meet the specific criteria included in the employee specification.
