Job Summary
Conduct personal hygiene, assist with activities of daily living including feeding, lifting, transferring, grooming, and toileting. Support individuals to function independently in their homes and communities by teaching life skills like cooking, money management, and shopping. Manage medication administration, create opportunities for community inclusion events, and assist with social skills and behavior management. Access the community to attend appointments and activities. Work in housing and community-based programs with flexible shift schedules, 24/7 coverage, and union membership required. Valid Class 5 driver's license and vulnerable sector clearance needed.
Required Qualifications

- Able to work shift work
- Valid Canadian drivers license
- Class 5 license
- Vulnerable sector criminal record clearance
- Clear Tuberculosis screening
- 19 years of age or older
