Job Summary
Operate digital mixing consoles for FOH and monitors, program lighting consoles, and hang, place, and strike PA speaker stage monitors and microphone setups. Coordinate with touring musicians on backline needs, stage plots, and input lists while performing routine maintenance on in-house lighting, audio, video, and rigging equipment. Assist with load-ins, strikes, and backstage logistics for live events at roadhouse venues. Requires proficiency in soundboards and lighting consoles, ability to stand for long periods carrying up to 50 lbs, and experience working evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills are essential for collaborating effectively with diverse artists, producers, and crew members.
Required Qualifications
