Casual Steward Team Member

Control or direct customers entering or leaving the venue to ensure an even flow of people. Conduct pre- and post-event safety checks and staff entrances, exits, and strategic points including fire exits. Recognize crowd conditions to prevent overcrowding in aisles and atrium doors, and provide basic emergency first aid. Respond to emergencies such as the early stages of a fire by raising the alarm and taking immediate action. Assist customers and emergency services as directed by event managers, security managers, or appropriate officers.
