Casual Shift Leader - Sebastopol and/or Wendouree (Interviews at Sebastopol)

Lead, coach, and motivate the team to enhance the guest experience while upholding the highest food safety and quality standards. Set the tone for operational excellence and foster a positive work environment for the crew. This role requires leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment and a track record of providing outstanding customer service. Candidates must have completed or be willing to complete a Food Safety Supervisor certificate and a Responsible Service of Alcohol course.
