Casual Senior Insurance Advisor

Independently issue BCAA insurance products and services to current and new customers by reviewing coverage and making recommendations in person and over the phone. Collaborate with Support Teams and Underwriting to assess and recommend the right coverage, while leading customer accounts from payment processing to issuing new policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations. Achieve sales and productivity goals while upholding BCAA and AAA/CAA Member experience goals and underwriting guidelines. This role supports candidates with at least two years of general insurance experience and a Level 2 license, offering a salary range of $51,453.60 to $64,317.00 plus a performance bonus target of 12.5%.
