Casual Salespeople

Casual Retail Salespeople needed at Ballantynes Department Store to deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences. Responsibilities include providing one-on-one customer service, sharing product knowledge and styling advice, maintaining a well-presented and fully stocked department, proactively staying on top of tasks in a busy environment, attending product training sessions, and collaborating with the team across the wider department. Ideal candidates will have a genuine interest in fashion or home styling, strong teamwork skills, enthusiasm, confidence, and a proactive attitude to uphold high standards in a fast-paced retail setting.
