Job Summary
Conduct daily sales operations by using customer service skills and product knowledge to help clients find the perfect gear and drive revenue. Address complaints and objections professionally while protecting company assets through loss prevention practices. Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom, and confidently handle cash and digital transactions with accuracy. Support replenishment and pricing duties, including preparation for sales and promotions. Ensure high brand visual standards and provide diligent follow-up on customer interactions. This role requires good availability during the week of August 11th for training and store set-up, including busy trade periods like Black Friday and Christmas. Required Qualifications
