Job Summary
Conduct retail sales and operate Point of Sale devices while sorting, pricing, and preparing donations for sale. Display stock in correct departments following policy, coordinate visual merchandising and store presentation, and provide exceptional customer service. Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety policies and demonstrate core values in all activities. This casual role reports to the Store Manager in Gold Coast, Queensland, with a rolling roster including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Flexibly to work a rolling roster including weekends
- preparedness to work across various locations in the retail area
- mandatory Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience - highly regarded but not essential
- Strong customer service skills
- Genuine passion and ability to deliver outstanding results
