Job Summary
Deliver AMAZING customer experience in fashion retail, building rapport with regular customers and providing fashion consultation in a friendly, professional manner. Represent the You & All brand values of Customer Centric, Achieving Excellence, Honesty, and Forever Evolving while contributing to a bright store environment. The Sales Assistant will be flexible to work a rotational weekend roster including late-night trade and will support various store areas such as sales floor, front register, fitting room, and store reserves. Responsibilities include managing stock levels, engaging with customers to drive sales results, and assisting with visual merchandising and other store duties. Ideal candidates love fashion, perform well in fast-paced settings, are proactive and team-oriented, and have an interest or experience in retail (fashion preferred).
