Casual Sales Assistant

Casual Sales Assistant role with The Salvation Army in Kalgoorlie, WA. Responsibilities include retail sales and operation of Point of Sale devices; sorting, pricing and preparing donations for sale; assisting in developing and coordinating visual merchandising and store presentation; providing exceptional customer service; displaying stock in correct departments; following policy and procedure; and demonstrating TSA core values in all work activities. The position requires a high-energy, hands-on individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work a rolling roster including weekends across various retail locations. Must be prepared to support day-to-day operations and contribute to a positive in-store experience for customers and the community.
