Casual Sales Assistant

Casual Sales Assistant to support day-to-day operations and contribute to an inspiring in-store experience for team, customers and community members. Reporting to the Store Manager, this casual role supports stores in Central West SA area. Key responsibilities include retail sales and operation of Point of Sale devices, sorting and pricing donations for sale, assisting in visual merchandising and store presentation, providing exceptional customer service, displaying stock in departments following policy, following Occupational Health and Safety procedures, and demonstrating TSA core values in all work activities. The role requires strong customer service skills, flexibility to work a rolling roster including weekends, and preparedness to work across various locations in the retail area. No formal education is required beyond broader retail experience; high-energy, hands-on individuals with strong interpersonal and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
