Job Summary
Casual Sales Assistant to support day-to-day operations and contribute to an inspiring in-store experience for team, customers and community. Responsibilities include retail sales and operation of Point of Sale devices, sorting and pricing donations, assisting in visual merchandising and store presentation, displaying stock in departments per policy, providing exceptional customer service, and following Occupational Health and Safety procedures. Demonstrates TSA core values in all activities. Role requires high energy, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and flexibility to work weekends across multiple locations in the Southern Adelaide Region and Victor Harbor. Prior retail sales experience is valued but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Retail sales experience is highly regarded but not essential
- Strong customer service skills
- Alignment with values of integrity, respect, compassion, collaboration, and diversity
- Flexibility to work a rolling roster including weekends and across various locations in the retail area
