Job Summary
Conduct 1-on-1 selling to deliver personalized service and achieve set sales targets and KPIs. Complete in-house training for product knowledge, sales skills, and policies, while performing operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing, customer repairs, merchandising, and housekeeping. Maintain flexibility across a seven-day store roster. This role offers a commission scheme to reward sales achievements and generous staff discounts.
