Job Summary
Casual Sales Ambassador at Lush in Farmington, CT. Responsibilities include driving sales using StoreForce dashboard, delivering world-class customer experiences, educating customers on brand values (Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, Naked Packaging), providing product demonstrations, expanding product knowledge in skincare and cosmetics, and contributing to store operations and team development. Build brand presence through DEIB initiatives, effective merchandising, and ongoing customer engagement. Requires excellent customer service, flexibility for a fast-paced environment, and a schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in skincare/cosmetics, strong communication, and willingness to collaborate with a diverse team are preferred. Location: Farmington, CT; Part-time schedule with compensation of $18 per hour.
