Job Summary
Drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences by utilizing StoreForce dashboard results to exceed daily goals and providing personalized product recommendations. Demonstrate unique product benefits, maintain a clean and visually appealing store, and adjust displays in real-time based on sales to enhance the shopping experience. Educate customers on brand values such as ethical sourcing and cruelty-free practices while hosting community events to drive traffic. Continually expand product knowledge to confidently address customer needs and actively participate in team development and diversity initiatives. Maintain punctuality and adhere to all health and safety policies. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support store operations.
