Job Summary
Drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences by utilizing StoreForce dashboard results to exceed daily goals and providing personalized product recommendations. Educate shoppers on brand values including ethical sourcing and vegetarian ingredients while demonstrating unique product benefits. Maintain a clean, organized store environment and manage real-time visual merchandising adjustments based on sales performance. Participate in team development, host community initiatives to drive traffic, and ensure strict adherence to opening, closing, and health and safety policies. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support store operations.
