Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized product recommendations, demonstrations, and attentive listening to identify needs. Educate shoppers on brand values such as ethical sourcing and vegan practices while hosting community events to drive traffic. Maintain a clean, visually appealing store with real-time merchandising adjustments and ensure strict adherence to opening, closing, and safety policies. Expand product knowledge continuously to confidently address customer inquiries and support team development through active feedback and skill improvement.
