Job Summary
Drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences by utilizing StoreForce dashboard results to exceed daily goals and providing personalized product demonstrations. Educate shoppers on brand values such as ethical sourcing and cruelty-free practices while hosting store parties to drive community engagement. Expand product knowledge continuously to confidently recommend skincare solutions and maintain a clean, visually appealing store environment through real-time merchandising adjustments. Participate in team development, foster an inclusive culture through open communication, and adhere to all operational policies regarding attendance, inventory, and health and safety standards.
