Job Summary
Drive daily sales by utilizing StoreForce dashboard results to exceed goals and actively grow your contribution to the store. Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized product demonstrations, open-ended questioning, and making every shopper feel valued. Educate clients on brand values including ethical sourcing, animal welfare, and handmade ingredients while hosting community events to drive traffic. Maintain a clean, visually appealing store with real-time merchandising adjustments and adhere to all opening, closing, and safety policies. Participate in team development, DEIB initiatives, and ongoing product training to support both individual and collective performance.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills

- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
- Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
