Job Summary
Drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences by utilizing StoreForce dashboard results to exceed daily goals and confidently demonstrating product benefits. Cultivate a positive team environment while educating shoppers on brand values such as ethical sourcing, vegetarian ingredients, and naked packaging. Maintain a clean, visually appealing store through active merchandising and inventory adjustments based on real-time sales data. Ensure strict adherence to company policies regarding opening/closing procedures, product integrity, and health and safety standards. Participate in team development initiatives and host community events to drive foot traffic.
