Job Summary
Casual Sales Ambassador for Lush at Crossgates Mall in Albany, NY. Part-time role with 4-19 hours weekly. Responsibilities include driving sales, delivering world-class customer experience, educating customers on brand values (Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, Naked Packaging), maintaining product knowledge, and contributing to store operations and DEIB initiatives. Tasks include assisting customers with personalized recommendations and product demonstrations, maintaining store visuals and inventory, and supporting team development. Qualifications include excellent customer service, flexibility for a fast-paced environment, and a passion for skincare and ethical business. Note: candidates under 18 may be employed on a contract basis through the Lush Youth Employment Program.
