Job Summary
Casual Sales Ambassador role at Lush in Los Angeles, CA, focusing on delivering world-class customer experiences and product demonstrations. Responsibilities include driving sales using store analytics, understanding and communicating brand values (Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, Naked Packaging), educating customers on product benefits, maintaining a clean and engaging shop floor, and contributing to team development and DEIB initiatives. The position requires flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays) and a customer-centric approach, with duties spanning sales, product knowledge expansion, inventory/visual merchandising, opening/closing procedures, and adherence to health and safety policies. Compensation is $19 per hour with 4–19 hours per week.
