Job Summary
Drive daily sales by utilizing StoreForce dashboard results to exceed goals and actively grow your contribution to the store's overall revenue. Deliver exceptional customer experiences by listening attentively, asking open-ended questions, and demonstrating the unique benefits of Lush products to make every shopper's day memorable. Educate customers on brand values including ethical sourcing, vegetarian ingredients, and naked packaging while hosting store parties to drive traffic. Maintain a clean, visually appealing store through real-time merchandising adjustments and ensure strict adherence to opening/closing procedures, health and safety, and product integrity standards. Participate in team development, foster an inclusive environment, and expand your product knowledge to confidently address customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
