Job Summary
Drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences by utilizing StoreForce dashboard results to exceed daily goals and confidently demonstrating product benefits. Educate shoppers on Lush's ethical values, including animal testing stances and handmade ingredients, while hosting store parties to drive community engagement. Maintain a clean, visually appealing store through real-time merchandising adjustments and ensure strict adherence to opening/closing procedures and health and safety policies. Cultivate a collaborative team environment by actively listening to perspectives on diversity and inclusion while continuously expanding product knowledge through internal resources and self-directed learning.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills

- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
- Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
