Job Summary
Casual RN Float Pool ICU in the Mount Carmel St. Ann's North Region seeking an adaptable Registered Nurse to provide bedside nurse care in an ICU/float pool setting. Responsibilities include assessing and evaluating patient care, assisting providers with assessments and procedures, administering medications, education of patients and families, maintaining documentation, and supervising other care team members. Requires Ohio RN license, BLS/CPR, and 18 months of relevant clinical experience with strong teamwork, nursing process adherence, and EMR proficiency. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a school of nursing
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio
- Current BLS/CPR
- 18 months of recent/relevant clinical experience within their specialty area
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage patient care, including delegation to and supervision of other members of the patient care team
- Basic computer skills; EMR experience preferred
- ACLS preferred; ER- ACLS and PALS required; Perinatal-EFM (Labor and Delivery) and NRP required
- Successful completion of online competencies with 80%+
