Casual Public Area Attendant - National Convention Centre Canberra

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all outlets, including food & beverage equipment, and perform set food preparation duties when required. Receive and store goods while demonstrating proper chemical use and assisting other departments with chemical needs. Ensure crockery and cutlery are cleaned according to HACCP guidelines and provide customer assistance as necessary. Assist in event-related cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of all centre areas, including hard and soft floor cleaning per the NCCC Cleaning Checklist. This role supports the National Convention Centre Canberra's diverse events, from gala dinners to large conferences, within a collaborative IHG Hotels & Resorts team.
