Job Summary
Maintain the exceptional cleanliness, appearance, and presentation of all public areas throughout the private luxury club facilities. Perform daily cleaning duties in accordance with established luxury hospitality standards and departmental procedures, including disinfecting restrooms, cleaning lanais, and operating floor care equipment safely. Provide attentive and courteous assistance to members and guests while responding promptly to service requests with a positive, solutions-oriented approach. Ensure all lost-and-found items are turned in and return keys, radios, and assignments to the Housekeeping Manager at the conclusion of each shift. This PM shift position requires flexibility to support operational needs, including additional hours when required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
- Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-service environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail
- Ability to remain professional and composed while meeting the expectations of a private luxury club environment
- Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
- Demonstrate effective verbal and non-verbal communication in all interactions
- Maintain flexibility and willingness to support operational needs
- Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods

Desired Qualifications
