Job Summary
Casual Program Coordinators deliver and coordinate junior cricket programs across schools, clubs, and the wider community in the Blacktown region. The role involves coordinating engaging programs to teach cricket skills to children, promoting community engagement in schools during the cricket season, providing in-person delivery and support for School programs (including Health and PE, Sporting Schools, Mascot Challenge and School Cups), and expanding participation in Club-based CNSW Cricket Blast Centres. The position requires building relationships with local schools and ambassadors, working flexible hours, and possessing or obtaining a Working with Children Check. A valid First Aid Certificate is preferred. Must have own transport and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Be flexible and adaptable to a changing schedule
- Have your own form of transport (car)
- A background in teaching and/or cricket is desirable but not necessary
