Job Summary
Provide services for treating impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities in patients' home environments under the direction of a physical therapist. Participate in interdisciplinary assessments, complete physician-ordered treatments, and submit accurate documentation addressing patient progress. Counsel patients and families to promote goals while maintaining compliance with professional standards and payer requirements. Requires an active Minnesota PTA license, two years of experience, CPR/BLS certification, and ability to travel across the Twin Cities Metro Area. Flexible scheduling allows for independent field work.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Minnesota
- License is active and in good standing
- Two (2) years of experience as a PTA
- Able to travel within geographic area serviced by the office
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Proof of auto insurance
- CPR/BLS Certification
