Job Summary
Provide friendly and efficient reception service and assist patients in selecting optical frames based on lifestyle and physical needs. Recommend ancillary products such as contact lens care solutions. Support team members in processing Medicare and health fund payments, managing credits and warranties, entering stock, and conducting debtor management and stock takes. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and overall practice presentation. Available to work 8 hours per week.
