Provide an amazing patient experience by communicating clearly with patients in a bright, friendly manner. Develop strong product knowledge to confidently share with patients while supporting the local community with industry-leading eyecare. Required Qualifications
- Passionate about Patient care and customer service
- Ability to quickly develop great product knowledge and be confident to share this with our Patients
- A friendly team player with patience, energy, enthusiasm and passion
- Able to be flexible with your hours of work to suit our fluctuating business needs and public holidays
