Job Summary
Casual on-call heavy-duty custodian responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the facility. Duties include cleaning offices, washrooms, kitchens, classrooms, halls, and common areas; mopping, sweeping, wiping surfaces, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation; replenishing supplies; disposing of garbage; reporting equipment issues and damages; and performing minor maintenance tasks as assigned. Must follow sanitation and disinfection procedures, operate cleaning equipment and floor-maintenance machines, read labels/instructions, and meet background-check requirements. Seasonal position for 3 months in Abbotsford, BC, with night shift from 11:00pm to 7:00am; wage rate $22.50 per hour. Experience in custodial work is an asset and company encourages career advancement and training.
