Job Summary
Merchandiser role focusing on in-store merchandising tasks across major retailers (planograms/relays, POS set-up, pricing, ticketing) with training provided. You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment, servicing brands and products such as beauty, gift cards, household cleaning, grocery, and personal care in stores like Coles, Priceline, and Big W. Responsibilities include executing merchandising tasks, maintaining display accuracy, pricing, and POS setup. Requires strong communication with store staff, attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 15kg, a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, and comfort using smart devices/apps. Ongoing development and training provided; rostered hours with flexible, family-friendly schedules and opportunities for career progression. Immediate start and proximity to home with no weekend work, plus a Fantastic hourly rate ($32.79/hour) plus super and kms.
Required Qualifications
- Fantastic communication skills to build relationships with store staff
- Attention to detail to execute tasks accurately
- Solution Orientated
- The ability to lift up to 15kg
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
- Ability to receive Point of Sale items to home address
- Confidence in using smart devices and apps
- Previous merchandising experience is preferred, but we would consider similar experience from different sectors
