Job Summary
Merchandiser responsible for rotating and restocking Tip Top products across local stores, setting up promotional displays, and ensuring items are presented at high quality. Role requires traveling between stores, manual tasks including heavy lifting, and staying physically active. Must have a valid Australian driver licence and reliable car, plus a smartphone and good communication skills. Ongoing training, mileage allowance, weekend penalty and overtime rates, and a supportive, inclusive team environment are provided. recruitment process includes pre-employment screening and a formal interview.
