Casual Medical Review Nurse (Gov/Comm)

Medical Review Nurse performs initial chart review and chart QA for medical exam/screening programs to verify accuracy of medical information and exam components. Works with Physicians and Examinees to gather information, conducts medical QA across process stages, interfaces with Client’s Medical Department and on-site providers, and communicates with Examinees to clarify information. Requires mastery of contract guidelines, various software programs used in the exam program, and the ability to travel for medical mobile events as site lead or RN when schedule allows. Maintains compliance with state/federal regulations, supports safety initiatives, and collaborates across departments to achieve quality outcomes. Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and excellent written and oral communication skills are essential. Preferred qualifications include COHN-S and/or CAOHC certifications; a Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of relevant experience. The role involves potential travel and supports marketing and safety program objectives as needed.
