Job Summary
Lead the matchday hospitality operations at Easter Road Stadium during Hibernian FC matchdays and related events. Oversee hospitality, catering, and premium bar areas; conduct pre-event briefings; manage Supervisors and front-line staff; ensure high standards of service, safety, and guest experience; coordinate with the Hospitality Manager, Bar & Cellar Coordinator, and event teams; monitor service levels, maintain staffing and stock readiness, and support delivery of lounges, executive suites, conferences, meetings, and private functions. Emphasizes compliance with food safety, allergen management, licensing, and health & safety requirements; lead by example, deploy staff, provide coaching, and ensure event delivery and incident reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or management experience within hospitality, catering, events, stadia, or licensed venues
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Good understanding of food safety, allergen awareness, licensing, and health & safety requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and matchdays
