Casual Licensed Therapist Partial Hospital

Licensed Therapist conducts mental health diagnostic assessments and provides individual, family and group therapy within the Partial Hospitalization program, develops and documents treatment plans, coordinates discharge planning, and refers to other providers as appropriate. Requires a Master's degree in psychology, family therapy, social work, or counseling and licensure per MN/WI boards (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, psychologist) upon hire. The role supports clinical care across adult mental health services, including assessment, treatment planning, patient and family education, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Must meet one of the licensure pathways listed and maintain current BLS certification as applicable. In-person at Unity Mental Health and Addiction Center in Fridley, MN.
