Job Summary
Ensure a safe and clean work space is maintained in kitchens and staff common areas. Operate dishwashing equipment and deep clean kitchens while storing crockery, cutlery, and glassware hygienically. Appropriately handle chemicals and equipment as per manufacturer instructions to supply sanitized, clean, and dry operational tools. This casual role supports busy kitchen operations with a rotating roster including weekends, AM, and PM shifts. Australian working rights are required as sponsorship is not provided. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar, high volume and fast paced venue
- Flexible availability to work a rotating roster including, weekends, AM & PM shifts
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with others, with an ability to work independently
- Strong desire to achieve high standards and results driven
- Australian working rights
