Job Summary
Join the Heritage Centre team as a Casual Junior Hospitality Assistant. Responsibilities include assisting with retail sales and customer service, providing exceptional guest experiences, and supporting café-style food and beverages preparation and presentation using local products. You will also handle stock control, merchandising, and ensure compliance with food safety, WH&S, and operational policies. On-the-job training is provided. The role requires a customer-focused, team-oriented individual who is flexible, reliable, energetic, and resilient, with good literacy and numeracy and excellent communication skills. The position operates 7 days a week with shifts including weekends and school holidays in a fast-paced environment.
