Casual Instructor(s)– JR Shaw School of Business (Evergreen)

Provide direct classroom and lab instruction using appropriate strategies to maximize student motivation and learning. Evaluate the learning process by providing timely feedback and offering coaching or referrals for students facing difficulties. Utilize institute-approved processes to solicit student feedback on instruction and apply educational technology, such as learning management systems, for effective communication. Maintain professional ethical relationships with students and colleagues, responding promptly to student issues and concerns while submitting marks and records accurately. Adhere strictly to NAIT policies, procedures, and academic regulations. This role supports NAIT's polytechnic business education approach, serving over 6,000 students across Alberta and beyond.
