Job Summary
Manage the vehicle return process by inspecting cars for new damage, recording incidents, and collecting costs for minor damages per company policy. Resolve customer service concerns professionally while providing directions and assisting with luggage to ensure a positive experience. Communicate customer feedback to the team and engage in action planning to improve operational performance. Provide the fastest, easiest, and most valued experience to customers as they return their vehicles.
Required Qualifications
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Must have the ability to build relationships with customers

- The ability to upsell and overcome customer objections
- Display a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
