Job Summary
Drive a concrete agitator truck for Heidelberg Materials Australia, making multiple deliveries throughout the day while interacting with a variety of clients. You will operate from the Byron Bay Concrete Plant on the Northern NSW Coast, starting between 4am and 6am on most days. This casual position requires a minimum HR licence and previous driving experience, with all new hires completing a 10-day training program before hitting the road solo. You will maintain the truck's appearance as a mobile billboard for the company, adhere to safety protocols including weight limits, and pass a pre-employment medical and drug test.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of an HR licence
- Previous HR driving experience
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical
- Able to pass a drug and alcohol test
- Must be under a specified weight for trucks with driver weight limits on their seats and seatbelts
- Must be comfortable with new people
- Must be available for multiple deliveries throughout the day
- Must be available for days starting between 4am and 6am
- Must be based out of the Byron Bay Concrete Plant on the Northern NSW Coast
