Job Summary
Maintain a clean, safe environment in the residence by dusting, vacuuming resident suites, common areas, offices, and staff zones according to Riverstone RC policies. Sanitize assigned areas, including bathrooms and fixtures, and collect refuse and dirty laundry in accordance with infection control procedures. Clean vacant rooms for new move-ins and restock housekeeping carts daily. Report any repairs or maintenance needs to the front desk or ESM. Adhere to all health and safety policies, wear required PPE, and participate in annual training for WHMIS, fire drills, CPR, and resident abuse prevention.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12 minimum
- Two years or more experience, preferably in health care setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Work as part of a team
- Capable of adapting to different situations and change
- Keen interest in working with seniors
