Job Summary
Hospitality role supporting daily operations at the Heritage Centre for a casual shift, focusing on customer care, safe food and beverage service, stock maintenance, and maintaining inviting service areas. Responsibilities include preparing and serving food and drinks safely, clear and kind communication with guests and staff, keeping displays tidy, and stepping in to support the Team Leader when needed. Emphasis on flexibility, reliability, energy, resilience, and strong literacy/numeracy; opportunities for learning and growth within a well-known Australian group.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, and customer service.
- Must be customer-focused and a team player.
