Job Summary
Deliver exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out as the first point of contact for guests at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort and Elysia Wellness Retreat. Work within supportive Front Office teams while maintaining a positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills. Prioritize flexibility to work a rotating roster that includes weekends and public holidays. Previous front office, reception, or customer service experience is highly regarded. Candidates must have working rights within Australia or New Zealand.
