Job Summary
Conduct regular foot patrols, monitor CCTV cameras, provide first aid, manage lost & found, and write detailed incident reports at shopping centers, campuses, office towers, and government facilities. Deliver exceptional customer service with strong communication and de-escalation skills to maintain safe, welcoming environments. Valid First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain is required, along with a Class 5 Driver's License. Shifts include weeknights from 11:00 PM to 7:00 A.M., weekends, and as needed rotations.
Required Qualifications
- Provide exceptional customer service, with an exceptional smile
- Have strong communication skills
- Hold a valid First Aid/CPR certification, or are willing to obtain
- Are eligible to work in Canada
- Hold a valid Class 5 Driver's License #INDABS
Desired Qualifications
- Having prior experience and a valid security license is preferred
