Job Summary
As a FOH Team Member, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a smooth, welcoming, and high-quality experience for all visitors. Responsibilities span both customer-facing and behind-the-scenes tasks, supporting day-to-day operations across the venue, assisting in planning and delivering weddings and other events, coordinating with the events team for seamless service, greeting guests, serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting area, ensuring allergen awareness and food safety, stocking and restocking supplies, and helping with setup, service, and breakdown of seasonal events and promotions. The role requires strong hospitality, organizational, and communication skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to work flexibly including evenings and weekends; prior experience in hospitality, café, or catering is preferred.
