Job Summary
Supervise gym activities and customers while ensuring equipment is operated correctly in a safe, enjoyable environment. Deliver first-class customer service and provide expert advice to all ages and abilities. Maintain a quality customer experience across leisure centres in West London. Requires Level 3 Personal Training qualification, previous fitness instruction experience, and excellent communication skills. Work variable hours including evenings and weekends. Candidates must pass a DBS check. Lampton Leisure offers inclusive facilities for local people with all levels of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Level 3 Personal Training qualification, or equivalent
- Previous experience working as a fitness instructor
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience delivering first class customer service
- Be willing to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends
- Appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)
