Job Summary
Provide onsite technical support for Stryker medical equipment across Australia/New Zealand, performing reactive repairs and preventative maintenance, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and collaborating with senior engineers to solve problems and improve services. The role involves working with customers in hospital settings, using hand tools and power tools, troubleshooting complex installations, and maintaining compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates include final-year students, recent graduates, or experienced technicians/engineers who are analytical, communicative, self-motivated, and able to travel up to 60% with their own vehicle. The position requires an Electrical Licence and demonstrates ownership and teamwork within a field-based service environment.
